Namaskaram !!!!!!!!
What is Namaskaram’s meaning? Why should everyone follow these ethics to greet people with Namaste?
Namaskaram means - bowing down to another person by tying one’s both hand in simple means
This signifies,
1st —One is unfearful and offering peace for others, as tying both hands from palm to palm one cant attack another person -physically
2nd - On mental level Nasamkaram, posture - activate - both hemispheres of the cerebrum to be more attentive and more cautious while greeting and meeting another person
3rd - On a deeper level, Spiritually speaking, tying both hands, by saying Namaskaram, one is used to — activate - Vishuddhi Chakara in the throat, which helps one to invoke commanding voice to present one's word and thought to another person, who has come to meet/visit. and placing both hands near chest also activates -Anahat Chakara, to invoke more passion, compassion and empathetic behaviour for a person who has come to visit and meet you. So when greeting anyone with -namaskar posture, one is basically trying to invoke Love and Commanding for next person to handle the situation as per need and requirement wisely and peacefully.
( for 1st point don't need proof as it is just symbolic gesture
2nd point is proven and can be proven scientifically
3rd point -has no proof, but it is known to Yogic Practitioner since ages, who are used to meditate under the tree, by tying their both hands palm to palm to activate or cleanse -Visshuddhi Chankara present in their throat)
