Social Media Addiction !!!!

 Do excessive use of the internet is the reason for feeling lonely on the net?

The issue is on the internet and social media maximum those people are surfing who are already lonely and hardly 1–2% people existing on internet and social media, who are interested in pursuing their hobbies of reading-learning and writing.

So it is not internet which is making people experience loneliness but those people who are coming on the internet and investing their 1000 of hours in scrolling screens of their laptop, android Tabs/notebooks and smartphones -are basically suffering from loneliness by themselves

It is not the use of the internet or social media which is making people depressed. but it is people who are already depressed and stressed out are turning on their Internets to first divert their attention for everyday problems and then getting engaged in - easy dopamine surge available -on social media and other internet sites, through likes, through fake friends and through upvotes, likes or dislikes for their commenting and post sharing

There is a need to understand here that - the internet is basically filled with 95% porn/nudity that also provide extra dopamine surge for internet-addicted people beside gaming websites.

Further, there is a need to understand that, before the digital revolution, the same complaints were raised for - Video gaming habits of small children/teenagers all over the world, too.

What is Solution for such internet/social media addiction?

1st - There is a need to reduce the stress level among the masses by looking after their work environment, by running mass awareness among the executive class of offices

2nd - There is need to educate young teenagers and young people to be aware of their depression and interpersonal relationships and not make “Internet/Social Media” as their life partner and they must make positive and good use of Internet and Social media for constructive and knowledgeable purposes

3rd - There is a need to improvise interpersonal relationships and opportunities to interact among masses to bring out good social relationships to let people enjoy each other company rather than getting old sitting in front of screens.

4th - There is a need to ban or strictly regulate sociopolitical propaganda, advertisement business on the internet to bring down excessive glamorization of internet /social media as -prime need of day to day life

5th - Strict Banning of Porn industry/ nudity on internet/social media

Finally speaking internet/social media is most powerful as like nuclear energy. As nuclear energy can be used as “a Weapon” to destroy the entire world by letting get away nuclear reaction uncontrolled. And it is the same nuclear energy which can be used as the most efficient “Tool “source of energy by systematically controlling nuclear reaction in a nuclear reactor. Hence “Self-regulation and Legit Control from Government machinery “ internet /social media can be turned into a boon for entire humanity if used in most appropriate ways and ideas.
