Sleeping Patterns


—-Answer varies person to person ,

Reason is that some are - Morning Junkies and Some are Night Hauler ,

Further Reason to this is- since millions year of spending time of human being in jungle life during the time of evolution from jungle life to civil life style , Human were used to cohabit in groups and , some member was expected to be on Guard to protect other members of groups from any eminent danger , So , there naturally develop such traits in human being where - some human being were able to perform well at night time ,and some were used to perform well in day time ,

All those so called - scientific studies —on sleep and napping are bogus , and lack scientific basis to conclude any black and white - inference about - “better sleeping habits”

So moral of the story is —- it is useless and injudicious to follow single dictum -whether evening napping is good or extra hours morning sleep is good ,,,, when there are different type of people are existing with different type of “working habits “ & “performance” level , So it will be always better to let - individual decide - what is good for him or her , as per his or her convenience and what kind of sleep pattern is suitable for oneself ,,,,,

Finale Note on Sleeping - Rather than pattern & quantity of sleep hours - It is Quality of Sleep which is more important than any thing otherwise
