What is Spirituality and How it is expressed ??


1-Spirituality develops self-awareness, by creating the ability to “witness” own actions and thought process of oneself. ( psychology knows this by word -meta cognition)

2-This is called a 3rd eye in Hindu Religious Texts and Psychology call is the ability of Meta-cognizance

3- The 3rd eye is basically higher perception skills or the ability of a person who can see beyond sight, outside and inside of oneself.

4-3rd eye in religious practices & religious texts is defined as the ability to see through all illusions of life

5-Spiritual being is used to be equipped with this 3rd eye ability to see and understand oneself and the world around

Human Existence

What is human existence? How big can you think about your existence? Human existence is all about - “embodiment of will” -to experience the human life. And this will is proposed by - Soul /Consciousness/life force ,which is no different than -existing Universe. So what so ever good-bad , right -wrong -is happening with human being is basically -either happening due to will or necessities for that “will -fulfillment”of soul/consciousness /life force. So basically - Human Existence - is extension of Universe itself , one can think and achieve as much as one can will and wish , but , for that limitless will and wish ,one need to be prepared to bear and to afford pain staking effort , as per - rules and regulations set by Universe too So , further more , as one can - will and wish to no limits , for being extension of Universe , one can also “think beyond limits” for one’s existence , But issue is , after certain point - thinking dont work , as Thinking is mere permutation

What is Soul ??
